Jay has always gone out of his way to make me feel right at home when I am at Leisure Time Powersports. Whether I'm there for Syder service or browsing through inventory, Jay always makes a point to speak to me, using my first name; he makes me feel like one of the family! I also appreciate the way the team members explain the situation to me like a real person, not dumbing things down, but in a logical way that those of us that are not motorheads can understand.
